iii. Develop and execute different marketing strategies that promote all the products.
2. The reseller also agrees to utilize Palls Enterprise’s standard and to provide all customer information required by such process.
3. The reseller shall be solely responsible for providing all products it decides to resell and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Palls Enterprises, its affiliates and suppliers harmless from any losses which may arise from any such products.
